12x12x2 Original Mixed Media Painting on cradled panel. Prints available through the drop-down menu
The collage materials that you can see the most clearly in Latin A are reproductions of parts of a worship book found on the altar of a church in Italy. If memory serves correctly, and I read the roman numerals accurately, the book was printed in the 1600s! I didn’t take photos of all of the pages, but I did take quite a few! I enjoyed playing with the spaces around the ephemera…it suggests to me an ascent to worship.
Note: Prints are on matte archival paper and can be framed as you desire. Giclees are on Somerset Velvet archival paper mounted to a wooden panel with a profile of about 1″ thick. This gives a similar look to my original paintings which are painted on a similar surface. This type of giclee can either be hung as is, or framed. Minor cropping may occur depending on the size, but should not be noticeable.
